Waraos has been the Venezuelan National Champion for over a decade. The club has also participated in several international events such as 2600 Flying Disc Tournament held in Bogota-Colombia, in which Waraos was a champion on 2006, and on several occasions has ended as runner-up versus top-level competition. In 2011, Waraos took part of the Pan-American Eterna Primavera, held in Medellin-Colombia, reaching the finals against Seattle Sockeye, who is consistently ranked among the best teams in the United States and the world. In 2013, Waraos also made an appearance in the Pan-American Tournament Aguas de Lindoia-Brasil, finishing second overall. More recently, Waraos attended to the 2017 Pan-american Ultimate Club Championships held in Argentina, and finished 4th overall.
Now, Waraos has once more an opportunity to show that Venezuela has the drive, the talent, and the discipline to compete on the international level. Waraos passion, attitude, and commitment keep them motivated to overcome any challenges that may arise on and off the field and the club is fully dedicated to taking the Venezuelan ultimate game to its maximum potential.
